Hanko Geek Watch

March 15, 2009

tf1Is is important that nobody else can read your watch? Does having to calculate the time give you geekcred? If so, this watch is for you. While I haven’t worn a watch since the turn-of-the-century, I still appreciate the odd, unique design of this watch. Featuring twenty-three LEDs that light up to present the time, in a stainless steel exterior. You can choose between white, blue or multi-colored LEDs.

“One touch of the upper button animates the sub-surface LEDs in a clockwise direction before the time is presented. Hours are shown in the centre circle of the watch, groups of five minutes are shown in the outer circle in the same position as numbers on a clock and single minutes are shown in the areas between.”
