Cheap HDMI Cables

December 11, 2008

If you are placing some cool tech under the Christmas tree this year, that requires an HDMI cable, don’t let the salesperson soak you for $50 to $200. In a recent post to CNET’s Crave blog, they say “… the truth is that expensive HDMI cables aren’t worth it and the cheap cables available online are just as good.”

I have been purchasing HDMI cables from Amazon.com for under $12 (with free shipping) for some time now. Sometimes as low as 79¢. I have never had a problem with the inexpensive cables. So the bottom line is just search Amazon.com for HDMI cables and buy the cheapest one you can find from an Amazon Prime vendor. Here is a link to the ones I just purchased for $11.79.
